problem with mailing support team


I have problem with mailing support Team. My mails are blocked in aviatrix side. Gmail shows answer from remote server: 550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (ace@aviatrix.com:blocked)

 Please, can you explain what is reason of being blocked?

  • The ace@aviatrix.com is working fine. We do not block gmail and receive tons of email from gmail.com domain. I received your email from your Yahoo account as well. We also reply back to you on gmail, and it went fine. I suspect something else on your side.

  • I have also tried to send email to support team and certification team ( Katie Holms ) but facing same issues as I wanted to check about my exam results.

    • Azim Mahadik I see. If multiple people are running into this same issue, then could be something on our side. We will investigate.

  • We have identified the 550 permanent failure email related issue. Working with the email/firewall veondors to fix it.
