Hi everyone,
I've scheduled my Aviatrix Certified Engineer (ACE) exam for August 1st. I don’t have any prior cloud experience, but I’ve completed the course videos and earned the certificate. Do I need to refer to any additional materials apart from the videos? How many questions are in the ACE exam? Are there any model or Aviatrix ACE sample questions available? I'd appreciate any guidance or tips as I’m new to cloud. Thank you!

Hi,

First off, congratulations on completing the ACE training and earning your certificate—it’s a solid first step toward a cloud-focused career.

Having worked with the Aviatrix platform for over five years and supported many professionals through the certification journey, here’s what I recommend to help you confidently pass the ACE exam:

1. Training Content

The official ACE course videos provide comprehensive coverage of the exam objectives. If you've completed them and understand the topics—especially around Aviatrix Controller, CoPilot, transit networking, multi-cloud architecture, encryption, and security policies—you’re in a good position. Make sure you’re clear on the Aviatrix architecture, MCNA (Multi-Cloud Network Architecture), and operational tasks like troubleshooting and automation.

2. Practice Questions

To reinforce your understanding and simulate real exam conditions, I strongly recommend using Study4Exam’s Free Aviatrix ACE Practice Questions. These are well-aligned with the actual exam and can help identify gaps in your knowledge.

3. Exam Format

  • Number of Questions: 60

  • Duration: 90 minutes

  • Type: Multiple-choice

  • Passing Score: Typically 70%

Questions are scenario-based and test your ability to apply concepts, not just recall facts.

4. Additional Tips

  • Revisit tricky topics like HA architecture, routing protocols (BGP integration), and encryption workflows.

  • Hands-on exposure, even in a lab or demo environment, is a plus—understanding the Controller UI and workflows goes a long way.

  • Time management is crucial during the exam. Practice answering questions in a timed setting.

You're already on the right path by completing the training. With a few days of focused review and mock testing, you'll be well-prepared. The ACE certification opens strong doors in the multi-cloud networking space—best of luck on August 1st!

If you need further information or clarification about the Aviatrix Certified Engineer (ACE) Program or its exam structure, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to assist.
