Hello, I have recently scheduled my exam on 08th July 8:30pm IST using Coupon code.Due to Heavy Rainfall there was no power supply in my city,because of that I was unable to take my exam on cirrusplatform.
When I try to schedule again with the coupon code I used before I'm getting this message mentioned below.
You cannot use the coupon code ACEMULTICLOUD since you already used it, please remove it and try scheduling again.
Is there any other way to re-schedule the exam?
