Digital Badge Not received yet

Hi Avaitrix Team,

 

I have given exam and passed the ACE exam on 11th Aug-2020 , I have received the Email Certificate from Alizah Nauman and was stated that after 2 weeks ACE badge will be issued but it's now more than 3 weeks and no badge is issued. Please help on this.
