What is Aviatrix exam cancellation policy? Is there any reimbursement policy?

Is there any other way I contact you you? 
 In essence, I have scheduled the ACE exam for January 28, 2021; however, I would like to cancel and reschedule in order to take advantage of the holiday promotion announced a few days ago to use the code: ACEHOLIDAY
