Hey there, if you passed the exam, you will get your exam certificate within 5 to 7 days prior to your exam session. Also, please wait up to 2 or 3 weeks to receive your digital badge from Acclaim.
In my case, i got my Certificate the next day I took the exam. Goodluck!
