I work at Lotus Central Mall Inc. as a System Innovation Specialist. In this role, I am responsible for developing new systems that help various teams record, monitor, and track their daily work and task progress. I also create report analyses for management to assess the progress of key performance indicators (KPIs), company leads, and activity logs.
My goal is to support operational efficiency and ensure that performance metrics are clearly visible for data-driven decision-making.
