I had scheduled the exam for today but when I try to change the pass for https://aviatrix.cirrusplatform.com/, it was not possible, how can I reschedule the exam using the same code? and how can I access to the cirrus platform if I can not recover the pass?

View originalHi Juan, when you schedule your ACE exam, you will receive an email from Aviatrix. The email will have option to reschedule your ACE exam with the same pass. Please note you can only be able to reschedule the exam 24 hours before the exam. However, if you want reschedule exam within 24 hours of your exam, you need to drop a note to ace@aviatrix.com for support, where they will share new exam code for rescheduling. Hope this helps.
