I keep getting this error when trying to plan and apply on terraform, yet I only have 3 VPC on AWS, keep getting didn't setup my costumer ID yet I used the secret code i got when creating Key pair

​@testGuru It appears you’re hitting the VPCs per Region service quota. You can request an increase from AWS.
