I am writing to inquire about the status of my recertification for the ACE Multicloud Network Associate Course, which was expired on 11-03-2025. According to the information on your website (https://aviatrix.com/ace-renewal/), I have completed the required renewal training.
However, I have not yet received my updated certificate or the associated badge on Credly. I would appreciate it if you could kindly check the status of my recertification and let me know if any additional steps are needed from my side.
I have already reached out via email to ace@aviatrix.com but have not received a response.
