I am writing to inquire about the recertification status of my Multicloud Network Associate certification, which expired on October 5, 2024. As per the information provided on your website (https://aviatrix.com/ace-renewal/), I have completed the required renewal training.

However, I have not yet received my updated certificate or the associated badge on Credly. I would appreciate it if you could check the status and let me know if any additional steps are required from my end.
