Sign Up Confirmation Mail not received

Hi Team, I have not received email to confirm the email for the account and so I always see this message on my account. Have tried clicking "Resend email" multiple times on multiple days but no luck.  


"Please confirm your email to fully activate your account. You can do this by clicking the link in the email confirmation we sent you. Resend email"


Pls help.
