Unable to scan photo ID while attempting ACE exam

Hi 


I faced trouble during my photo ID scan before ACE exam, hence clicked upload ID  offline option and proceeded with Exam. Unfortunately I didn't received option to upload my photo ID. Please help with process to upload my ID and complete validation.

There is an option to click Manually try out that.

Your Id was verified that is why you were able to take the exam.
