Just curious to know that I am confused with 2 AWS accounts having 2 VPN Connections pointing towards same CGW.
It's possible but needs an explanation for the same as I was not knowing it before.
Is CGW end using VRF ? for same public IP?

Not sure what your question is, but yes two accounts can have a VPN connection towards the same CGW. Also a VPN connection by default consists of two IPSec VPN tunnels for redundancy purposes. In case of two AWS accounts, you're talking about four VPN tunnels. CGW could use VRF, but not necessary.
