1.use aviatrix transit gateway  and  enable  nat 

2.pass traffic flow to other vpcs and can reach to internet

i do lab  on this design  for practising  

main goal is  replace  nat gateway with transit gateway 

let all spoke vpc  pass the traffic through aws transit gateway  to   internet 

let all  spoke  communicate s each other  .  let one spoke vpc    use  load balancing traffic to other  instances as  internal  , route the traffic through tgw  to  transit vpc to reach internet
