if there is retention for storing all record how many days and can be archive all record to multiple csp as backups for copilot ?

as per your question and following the Aviatrix Documentation - CoPilot Disk (Volume) Management, you can set data retention policies (your case scenario: FlowIQ) directly in Copilot Home → Settings → Resources → Disk Utilization:
You can configure your desired data retention for FlowIQ and the data older then this setting will be automatically deleted.
