I have client 2.17.7 installed on Windows. We use SSO authentication to connect. 

 

Typically, usually, I find that if my machine has gone to sleep and the VPN has disconnected… then the next time I try to connect the client application crashes silently after launching the SSO browser window. It seems to be an unhandled UI error. 

The command log has;

I have tried (a lot); 

  • restarting the laptop
  • restarting the Aviatrix VPN Service
  • uninstall and reinstall
  • using the Force Kill
  • disabling and re-enabling the TAP-Windows adapter.

If I keep trying it, again and again, eventually it works. It’s maddening. 

 

could you remove all user vpn   and try to use open vpn client software to check if the error occurs or not . deploy again user vpn  with new profile and policy

it may require integrating with active directory for SSO (single sign on)
