Wondering how to recover from a failed upgrade on my controller? I tried to install the upgrade again but it failed.

I realized we didn't have Platinum support hence I was trying to get some answers.



Support did get to me within an hour. We were able to resolve and figure out it was an upgrade that failed and hung the system. Everything worked out well.
