We need to send Aviatrix Alerts to ServiceNow tool. I found, CoPilot supports webhook alerts. Webhooks allow users to send notifications to third-party automation systems such as Slack. But we didn’t found reference of ServiceNow.

Hi,

You can send Aviatrix Alerts to ServiceNow by using webhooks. Although CoPilot documentation specifically mentions Slack you can configure a webhook in ServiceNow to receive these alerts. You will need to set up an endpoint in ServiceNow to handle the incoming webhook data from Aviatrix and create incidents or records accordingly.

Thanks
