Dear ACE Team,I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to inquire about the recertification status of my Multicloud Network Associate certification, which expired on October 5, 2024. As per the information provided on your website (https://aviatrix.com/ace-renewal/), I have completed the required renewal training.However, I have not yet received my updated certificate or the associated badge on Credly. I would appreciate it if you could check the status and let me know if any additional steps are required from my end.I have already mailed ace@aviatrix.com but got no respone yet Thank you for your support.ACE Certification Number-2021-14029
Although I have successfully completed all the modules, lectures, and quizzes, but in one module i scored 66.66 percent how do i retart that course so that i complete all modules
