Hi all, I missed the yesterdays exam because of network problems from my location. what should i do take the exam again. any advice please

Hello Team, Am planning to schedule a ACE coming Firday(14th August) Am from India in my location we face internet issue frequently,My question is during exam if i kick out of my wifi are we allowed switch to mobile Hotspot, if it happens how do deal? Hi Aviatrix Team, I sat for the exam last Tuesday, June 30th, 2020. I know at least 3 people that had been notified that they passed the exam. These guys also sat for the exam on the same day with me. My question is,  will people that failed the exam, also be notified? I need to know if I pass or fail for re - appearing. Dears, I have watched the video called  Feature Overview - Part 1 many times but it's shown that I have watched it to complete the course.  I used a different browsers and I have cleared the cache and cookies for both but the same issue after I finished the video, it's not shown that I have complete it. Please I've received a mail indicating that I've been given a certificate after my exams. But I can't see my grades and score on the cirrus dashboard nor sent to me. Please how can I get it 

Dears,  I have problem with mailing support Team. My mails are blocked in aviatrix side. Gmail shows answer from remote server: 550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (ace@aviatrix.com:blocked)  Please, can you explain what is reason of being blocked?
