Hi,   I have my exam scheduled for today at 6:30 PM IST, I can't see any start button for the exam. It says not available yet. Is it normal ? will the window be going to open exactly at 6:30 PM IST ?

Dear community, I have enrolled in Aviatrix site to prepare for "Multi-Cloud Network Associate Course". When i start the course, where the instructor speech in Fracais. Any idea, how to change from francais to english? any possibility? Really appreciated, if someone could give an inputs.

I given exam 2weeks ago and received certificate as a attached copy in email, where can I download the same and when I will get digital badge?

Hello team, course not getting complete as not coming end running section

Hi Avaitrix Team,   I have given exam and passed the ACE exam on 11th Aug-2020 , I have received the Email Certificate from Alizah Nauman and was stated that after 2 weeks ACE badge will be issued but it's now more than 3 weeks and no badge is issued. I have started the course as guided. I think there is a serious bug with the teachable platform, I am watching complete videos more than 90% of video and have completed the knowledge checks too. Some of the modules I have completed too.   But sometimes the course gets stuck in between not allowing to click the complete and continue button.   Kindly look into it. Satya Prakash Dhal

Dear Team, I am learning Aviatrix Certified Engineer - Multi-Cloud Network Associate Course and done Day 2 Operations (40:36) topic but it is not moving ahead. can you please help the same, what is missing at my side.

My progress in my ACE program was at 44% however due to busy schedule I forgot to finish my program. I want to start my program from scratch. How can I reset my progress level back to 0? Thanks your response.

is it possible to get same free training and exam voucher for more advanced certs from aviatrix?   i m actively prepping for ACE before 30 sept.

Unfortunately, I missed my scheduled exam appointment.  I have tried to reschedule, but the system will not accept the exam code.  Is there another option to waive the exam fee? Thank you kindly

I had scheduled the exam for today but when I try to change the pass for https://aviatrix.cirrusplatform.com/, it was not possible, how can I reschedule the exam using the same code? and how can I access to the cirrus platform if I can not recover the pass?

or the course material itself is enough?

Hi I have completed the ACE Associate level course but unable to schedule the exam. First day I saw an option to schedule the exam. I thought to re-read the content before scheduling when I came back to the About Exam section later there is no option exist anymore.   Please advice how to schedule it now.

Hi  I faced trouble during my photo ID scan before ACE exam, hence clicked upload ID  offline option and proceeded with Exam. Unfortunately I didn't received option to upload my photo ID. Please help with process to upload my ID and complete validation.

Hello, I have recently scheduled my exam on 08th July 8:30pm IST using Coupon code.Due to Heavy Rainfall there was no power supply in my city,because of that I was unable to take my exam on cirrusplatform. When  I try to schedule again with the coupon code I used before I'm getting this message mentioned below. You cannot use the coupon code ACEMULTICLOUD since you already used it, please remove it and try scheduling again. Is there any other way to re-schedule the exam?
