Hello team, course not getting complete as not coming end running section

Hi Avaitrix Team,   I have given exam and passed the ACE exam on 11th Aug-2020 , I have received the Email Certificate from Alizah Nauman and was stated that after 2 weeks ACE badge will be issued but it's now more than 3 weeks and no badge is issued. I have started the course as guided. I think there is a serious bug with the teachable platform, I am watching complete videos more than 90% of video and have completed the knowledge checks too. Some of the modules I have completed too.   But sometimes the course gets stuck in between not allowing to click the complete and continue button.   Kindly look into it. Satya Prakash Dhal

My progress in my ACE program was at 44% however due to busy schedule I forgot to finish my program. I want to start my program from scratch. How can I reset my progress level back to 0? Thanks your response.
