Hello, there are no bookable exam appointments till April 2024 and only one appointment now in November, with a learning dateline for 6 days, which is too short to pass, is that a joke? Thought you are a professional company with a hundred million dollar estimation, where are your capacities?I would recommend moving to Pearson Vue if you not capable of providing enough appointment dates. Kind Regards Paul

Hello , the mentioned url for the IaC lab 1 course shows a 6.7 controller being used, however , the SST installs a 7.0-controller which isn't working with the code in that github repo. As a result : terraform always fails.Upgrading the source-version in versions.tf doesn't workPlease help me out  

Dear Community,I’m experiemnting with the user VPn feature, and I’d like to better understand the cost model.In my Azure portal I see the following information:Security Services Gateway (Includes NAT): $0.23/hr NAT Gateway: $0.14/hr Users or Client SSL VPN Connections: $0.045/hrBut I’m not sure which line(s) to consider and how.Let’s suppose I just launch 1 speciality gateway configured to terminate user VPN, then:Do any of the first two lines of cost apply (Security Services Gateway or NAT Gateway)? How is the 3rd line applied? is it $0.045 per user connected per hour of conneciton? Or $0.045 per hour of conneciton, regardless of the number of user connected? Or $0.045 per hour, regardless if any user is connected or not?Many thanks in advance.

Hi community, I'm trying to enable Data Backup in Copilot, but I am unable to do so, Copilot shows this message:"S3 Credentials API does not exist in your Controller. Upgrade to the latest Controller patch if you are on or above 6.8. If you are on a version below 6.8, upgrade to 6.8 or above."”We are running the latest Controller 7.1 patch so it's quite confusing.  Does someone has any idea why it's not working ?

Hi Community,I have the following design in which I’m trying to connect from my laptop to an SFTP blob storage in Azure via private endpoint.I have 3 VNETs:ACCESS: contains Aviatrix VPN gateway, Aviatrix spoke gateway and DNS inbound endpoint for on-prem DNS resolution TRANSIT: for Aviatrix Transit gateway SFTP-TEST: spoke vnet containing one Aviatrix Spoke Gateway and the private endpoint for the SFTP blob storageNow, from my laptop I can resolve the DNS name correctly: However I cannot connet to the SFTP private endpoint, while the connection to the public one works (closed at the end because I configured to block public access): Do you think I’m missing something in the architecture, or is this scenario not supported with aviatrix? Many thanks

I have my Aviatrix controller deployed in Azure, and I’d like to start managing AWS resources.I couldn’t find where the documentation for onboarding AWS account is.I could only find docs aboutusing AWS as the first CSP, where the controller lives.Can anyone sahre some tutorial for  onboarding AWS accounts as secondary CSP?

I created a basic infrstructure in Azure with terraform, consisting of 2 spoke gateways and 1 transit gateway.VNETs, Gateways and peerings are created correctly.  However, on the AirSpace Topology view, I can see the subnet and the controller object only for VNET1 and not for VNET2 and Transit VNET.What could be wrong? 

I tried creating both an Azure VNET an Aviatrix gateway from CoPilot, but they both failed with the following error:[AVXERR-RBAC-0024] User does not have access to account MY_AZURE_SUBSCRIPTION to perform the current action  Note that both actions succeded if performed from the controller.The servce account I’m using for copilot is named SVC_CoPilot_usr, is part of the SVC_CoPilot permission group, which has “all_write” permissions.

Our topology replay keeps data from Dec 2022 until today. Actually, we are not interested in keeping data that far; and sincerely, it is a little bit of a nuisance during emergency because if something happens today, you end up spending time zooming in.Any idea how to prune this data? I reduced Topology Replay disk utilization to 2k records and I did not see any difference. Thanks, A

Hi, As I attended the ACE zoom class via my corporate email ID, so I had to give my exam from same email ID 2 days back (Awaiting Result).  Is it possible if my upcoming certificate & badge to be associated with my personal Emal ID? Thanks

Hi All, I've run through the Lab3 notes a number of times and I keep getting the same error when I run the Pull Request once the fqdn file is update .
